Return & Refund Policy – Shirts
- Eligibility for Returns:
- Shirts can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags intact.
- Non-Returnable Items:
- Products that are worn, washed, damaged by the customer, or missing original tags/packaging are not eligible for return.
- Damaged or Incorrect Items:
- If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, you must report it within 48 hours of delivery with proper proof (photos).
- Return Process:
- To initiate a return, contact customer support at soniavermaa83@gmail.com with your order details. Return instructions will be provided after verification.
- Refund Policy:
- Refunds are processed after the returned item is received and inspected. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Exchange Policy:
- Exchanges are allowed only for size or defect issues, subject to stock availability.
- Shipping Charges:
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error or defect.
- Cancellation:
- Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.

- All returns are subject to quality check and approval.
